Our second scotch tasting of the season is Over from Orkney with Highland Park. We are delighted to have Michael Foggarty from L. Mulligan Whiskey Shop introduce us some special Highland Park whiskey from their core range, some hard to source limited releases, as well as, a special treat of new make from the Distillery...

If you're already a fan we will be a superb tasting from this unique distillery. If you're new to Scotch or not a heavily peated whiskey fan, this is a perfect opportunity to try something different to what you might expect... peat from Orkney has more heather, grass, and plants than that on Islay, offering a different aromatic experience, lightly smoky, but definitely more fragrant…

We will be treated to a sample of new make, some core expressions and some  special and limited releases:

• Highland Park Distillery New Make
• 10 Year Old, ex-Sherry Casks, 40% ABV
  
• 12 Year Old, European Oak ex-Sherry Casks, 43% ABV
  
• 14 Year Old, American Oak ex-Sherry Casks, 42.3% ABV
  
• 18 Year Old, First Fill European Oak Sherry Casks & Bourbon Barrels, 43% ABV
  
• Valfather, Limited Edition, Highly Peated, Refill Cask Matured, 47% ABV
• The Light, 17 Year Old, Limited Edition, American Oak, 52.9% ABV
  
• The Dark, 17 Year Old, Limited Edition, European Oak Sherry Butt, 52.9% ABV
  

Booking opens for Members Thursday 24th at 10:00am and to celebrate Halloween members have the option to book in a non-member guest for this event.

For any remaining spaces booking for non-members opens on Saturday 26th at 10:00am.
