We come to the last official event of the year, the AGM and the President's selection.
We start off with the AGM where we run through the current state of affairs within the Society, the incoming committee will be ratified (please contact us if you'd like to join), we'll review the year, discuss what worked and what didn't and give and overview of the financial health of the Society. Finally we'll lay out some of the plans for the year ahead.
Following the AGM we then clear the room while we setup for the President's Selection, the blue ribbon event of the year where we blow the budget and obtain whiskeys of the highest quality to sample on the night.
The AGM will start at 6.30 with a running time of an hour, the tasting is due to start at 8. All members are welcome to attend the AGM however only those booked in for the tasting can remain for the AGM. There is no cost to attend the AGM.
As always photos may be taken on the night for use in future promotional purposes for the Society.
